The terms and conditions are valid for all passes throughout the all Zouk Diverse Events.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your personal data will be treated in full accordance with the Law of Personal Data Protection (GDPR). All personal information related to customers and users is obtained and protected in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. You provide your personal information voluntarily, it will be used for the administration and marketing of the Event.
CHECKING IN, APPLICABILITY
All Event Passes can be picked up only at the Event in the form of a wristband. To pick up a Event Pass, you need to have paid for it in advance. We will not accept the Event Participants who have not paid for their Event Passes.
SAFETY
The Organizer informs that the Participant or any other person staying at the event area may be exposed to continuous presence in the zone of significant sound intensity that may cause hearing damage, as well as in the zone of strobe lights and laser effects which may cause visual ailments. Pregnant women, young children, the elderly and people with epilepsy are at particular risk.
The Organizer and all persons acting on its behalf or by its authority related to the conduct and organization of the event are not liable for damages to participants that occur before, during or after the Event.
Participants of the event take part in the Event at their own risk and responsibility. The Organizer does not provide Participants with accident insurance.
The organizers are not responsible for damage to objects and loss of health or life resulting from the actions of third parties.
Material liability for damage caused shall be borne by the person who caused the damage.
PHOTOGRAPHY
During the Event the Organizers or photographers hired by the Organizers are going to film and take photographs of all Event Participants, visitors, artists, etc. Those pictures and videos will be used/published for promotion and advertising reasons in digital media (i.e. social media, websites). Each Event Participant, visitor, artist, etc. agrees to the publication of their pictures and videos without any compensation.
PASS REFUND
In case of an event participant not being able to participate in the event, after registration and payment, there is an option of refund within 14 days after the purchase. In order to get it, contact the organizer at info@zoukdiverse.com or via Facebook fanpage Zouk Diverse. When resigning, the event participant will get a full refund of the Event Pass (operational costs i.e. bank transfer cost will be subtracted from the refund.
After 14 days after the purchase, you can transfer the pass you’ve bought to another person. In order to do so, find a person that would like to buy the pass from you and write us an email to info@zoukdiverse.com with the name of the new participant.
Attention: Pass transfers to another person are possible until 10 days before the event start.
We will not reimburse any additional costs linked to taking part in the Event such as flights, accommodation, etc.
In the event of cancellation of the Event due to reasons beyond the control of the organiser, he undertakes to refund the full amount of the entrance ticket, while he does not bear the additional costs incurred by the participant (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
